What Takes Place at Coca-Cola Arena
Coca-Cola Arena is a year-round indoor venue in City Walk, Dubai, with a stated capacity of 17,000. Its bowl layout can be adapted for different events, from concerts and sporting events to exhibitions, family shows and private functions.
For a trip from Roda Al Murooj Residences, the arena is about a six-minute drive away or a 28-minute walk. Those are two different ways to make the short trip; choose between them with your event timing and preferred transport in mind.
Finding Event and Ticket Information
Start with the arena’s event listings to find the show you plan to attend. Event-specific details include ticket purchase information, door-opening times and age restrictions. Read the listing before setting out so you can plan around the specific event rather than assume the same arrangements apply to every show.
Buy tickets through the arena’s official website or an authorized seller named for that event. Tickets from unauthorized sources will not be accepted. Approved sellers include Platinumlist, Virgin Tickets, Ticketmaster, Webook, district by Zomato and Rayna Tours, but confirm the seller on the event page before purchasing.

Getting to the Arena
The arena is in City Walk, with road access from Financial Centre Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. The venue encourages public transport where possible and advises you to expect traffic when driving to an event.
Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station is the nearest metro stop, and it is a short walk from the arena.
Metro service hours vary by line and day of the week, so factor the return trip into your plans as well as the journey there. For routes and station basics, see this Dubai Metro guide. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also arrival options.
If you drive, paid on-site parking is limited and subject to capacity. It is managed through PARKONIC, and additional public parking is available nearby and may be chargeable. Parking is ticketless: your vehicle number plate acts as the digital ticket, with charges recorded on entry and exit. Current rates are displayed on site or through the authorized payment system.
A designated drop-off zone sits directly in front of main entrances A, B and C. Valet parking is not available for public events. If you are comparing the arena with other nearby stops, this practical Downtown Dubai sightseeing plan covers a separate day out.
Entry, Accessibility and Event-Day Checks
Every visitor must go through security screening before entry. Screening may include a metal detector and, if required, a handheld wand. Backpacks are not permitted. Seated guests may bring a small bag no larger than 30 cm × 30 cm × 15 cm, subject to security checks.
Prohibited items include bottles, outside food and drinks, laptops, selfie sticks, cameras and baby strollers. Rules and event details can change, so check the official site before you go, including the current prohibited-items information for your event. Re-entry is not permitted after you leave the venue, so take that into account before going through the entrance.
Wheelchair seating and accessible facilities are available, with dedicated wheelchair spaces on Levels 1 and 4. The standing area is not wheelchair accessible.
Designated accessible parking is available; you can contact the venue in advance to request help from the car park or speak to a parking marshal on arrival. Accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities are available on every level.
Event noise can be high. Noise-cancelling headphones are available on request from Main Reception or arena staff, and must be returned before you leave. Tempo is the arena’s food-and-beverage service, with concessions across multiple levels; outside food and drinks are not permitted inside.
Planning the Journey Back
Before the event, check how you will get back as well as how you will arrive. Metro service hours differ by line and day, so consult the venue’s Plan Your Visit page and the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority’s current service information when planning a return journey.
If you expect to drive, allow for event traffic and remember that on-site parking depends on capacity.
For taxi or ride-hailing pickup, keep the venue’s designated drop-off area in mind, but check the event-day instructions for your departure. Sorting out the return plan in advance can help you choose between metro, a car, or a booked ride without relying on assumptions about service hours or parking availability.
